1) Cancellations

One-time QR setup fee is non-refundable once generated.

Annual maintenance fee: refundable within 7 days of billing if services have not been used (e.g., no QR updates or access). After that, non-refundable.

2) Refund Requests

Submit refund requests in writing within the specified window.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

3) Exceptions

• Refunds do not apply to costs incurred externally (e.g., printing, mockup production).
• AgroQR reserves the right to deny refunds if misuse or breach of terms is detected.
